The main goal is to bridge the gap as much as possible between lender and borrower.
My role:
Research, Concept Development, UI/UX Designer, Branding
Client:
Shahr Bank | Tehran | Iran
Agency:
NEELOO
I was able to collaborate with the City Bank Information Technology Group for about six months thanks to the Flat project (Bank of Tehran Municipality). I was a UI/UX designer on this team, which also included management, programmers, and graphic designers. The major goal was to create a user-friendly platform for loan allocation. It was an attempt to get the public involved in the loan problem in this context. The protection of user financial assets and personal information was one of this website's main issues.
The idea was to close the gap between borrowers and those who want to invest their money for a profit. Because the main idea developed in an Iranian bank, the customer wanted to make the bank workers the major stakeholders in the first stage.
In contrast to our design process's linear look, we had gone through several iterations along the way, the majority of them linked to the prototype and user testing stages.
Sitemap design is a key aspect of creating good information architecture. Following the debrief, I began by mapping out the website material in a hierarchical fashion to highlight the parent/child connection of content.
Then I started designing wireframes. Throughout the process, I was in close contact with the development team, who were eventually in charge of the website's front-end and back-end development. This assisted me in identifying which functionalities would work best.
To create a quiet and pleasant environment, we mostly used blue and gray family colors, as well as to get closer to Iran Zamin Bank's brand identity (as a controlling company). In addition, the Poppins font was a good fit for the website's major language typefaces, IranSans.
